On-Call Date(s) / Hours: 5 days or more of coverage from Friday, December 20 to Saturday, January 4, excluding December 25 and 26 and January 1 (11 potential work days), with preference of more days covered over the first week

Primary Care Clinic with multidisciplinary team (primary care nurse, public care nurse, home care team, PT, OT, SW, MH counsellor). ER and LTC situated in the same building.
