General outpatient clinic in farming community of Armstrong BC, to cover about 850 patients of all ages, but mostly older patients. Shared practice with 4 other physicians and 1 NP. Mix of telehealth and in person visits. Nearby long term care facility with about 20 attached patients to this host physician.

Clinic Composition
9 exam rooms. 1-2 MOAs and 1-2 office managers present daily. Office equipped for minor procedures, cryotherapy etc.

Emergency Framework
Vernon Jubilee hospital ER located 20 min away. Kelowna hospital located about 1 hour away.
Call Expectations
LTC call is encouraged but optional e.g. after hours phone call coverage provided for about 20 long term care patients in Armstrong. Rarely called, and extremely rare to have to attend in person.

Vernon BC (20 min away) - Urology. GYN/OB. Orthopedics. General surgery. Dermatology. Pediatrics. Internal medicine. Psychiatry. Kelowna, BC (1 hr away) - above services plus cardiology, thoracic/vascular surgery, cardiac cath lab, derm, ID, neuro.
