Role and Facility Information
Open general orthopaedic position - June 05 to Sept 01. Position can be full time hospital based to include consults, elective OR slates and on call days. Probably at least 1 full OR slate /week. Likely more than this.
Locum can have our oceanside house 15 min from hospital. Comes with a boathouse on the ocean and a 21 foot welded aluminum fishing boat. Use the boat and go anywhere you want. Fishings great up here. Also, you might as well use our vehicle to get around. We have a paddle board and a canoe as well to explore the island on days off. Do as much call as you want, we can talk about it. Typically 1;5 call in the summer. You'll love this place... if you like outdoors, ocean, mountains, hiking, exploring, sandy beaches, swimming, salmon, orcas, humpbacks, sea lions, elk...
