Role and Facility Information
Exciting opportunity in Northern Vancouver Island for 5 days/week for the month of November. No after hours, weekends, inpatients or ER call. Covers clinic only. Mix of in-person and virtual care. Established EMR. Small private practice in a rural community with the support of the RN, MOA and SW. Clinic hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday with a closure for lunch from 1-2pm. You will work in the clinic with 20 minute appointments per patient. Your first morning will be booked with the MOA's and will include a tour, introduction to the EMR and general information about the clinic. Your last afternoon will include ample administration time.

Welcoming Procedures
MOA's welcome the locum on the first morning. They are provided information on the community and clinic procedures and will receive keys to the building.

Social Involvement
Some social programs available and occasional events at the community hall. There is a local private gym, numerous beautiful beaches and forest trails as well as world class scuba diving. Kayaking, golfing, fishing, whale watching, windsurfing and other outdoor activities.
