Nakusp is looking for locums to assist us to cover physician vacations. We currently have a great team of both Physicians and MOA's and are located right on Arrow Lake in the Kootenay's. Upon request a lovely list of accommodations is available, most are walking distance, from both the Clinic and the Hospital and you will find our Village to be charming and friendly. Call our Clinic Manager today if you have any questions! We use Med Access EMR and provide 30 minutes of training on your first day.

4 Physicians, Receptionist, 2 MOA's and a Manager
Local Resources
Lab, x-ray, social worker, mental and public health , ER, Home care, Mental Health team, X-ray, OT, Physio,. Other imaging investigations done at Trail, Nelson, Vernon, Revelstoke, Kelowna.
Emergency Framework
BC Ambulance Service provides coverage, including Air Ambulance services, heli-pad.
Call Expectations
1:4 days. 24 hours (19:00-19:00). . Night call is from home.

Visiting Specialist/Consultant Information
Internist, Pediatrician, OB/Gyn, Chiropractor, Dietician, Respiratory, physiotherapist and social worker.
