Role and Facility Information

Seeking short term and flexible locum coverage for a few days up to 10 days to cover vacation and vacancy. Call responsibilities at hospital include coverage of 2 bed pediatrics ward, deliveries 34 weeks +, and consults to the ER. We are a regional site serving outside hospitals and urgent care centres. Call is from home and is typically low volume, but it can be variable. Local Pediatricians will be in town to support you if needed. There are plenty of downhill and xc skiing opportunities and it is a wonderful place to spend a winter break with your family. Specific dates that would include pediatrician's house for accommodation during January 9-15th inclusive and Feb 12th - 17th, 2026. Otherwise accommodation is provided at RLSP rate. Compensation is RSLP ($2150/day) + level 1 MOCAP.

Call Expectations

Day call 8am to 4 pm. Evening call is 4pm to 8am. Weekend call is 8am friday to 8am monday
